Hello there. =) It's me again....Well, this time I'll be blogging about a discovery which I'd just encountered. This discovery was my brother. ^.^

You see, my brother, the second oldest one in my family, used to bully my sis and I a lot...and I mean A LOT. He was violent..rude...irritating...mean...and scary. He gets mad easily...and trust me, you don't want to see him mad. He becomes like a monster when he's mad. hehe..





Anyway, so yea...he's a fiesty one..He's more like another version of the grinch. =P My brother was more like a Big and scary Grinch. He has been doing many hurtful things to us since we were around...5-6 i think. My sis and I had been very afraid of him since then and we never liked having him around in the house at all. (We sound mean huh?XD)





For the past few years, he has been treating us the same, same same. Except this year. This year, when we first moved to KL, surprisingly...he changed. I saw his soft side when we were at the airport, about to leave. His friends were those kind of friends who were as scary as him.....but I don't want to mention any names. ^^





So, his friends dropped by to bid him farewell and guess what....he cried. Believe it....he actually CRIED. My BIG AND SCARY borther actually cried. o.0 My face expression at that time was sad too because our friends dropped by also, so you won't be able to see any change of expression on my face, but my thoughts did. These words kept running through my head..." Kor kor is crying....why is that possible??" Haha..I sound mean don't I? Hehe...





So yea, he cried ....but not as hard as girls do. Girls cry more than boys...boys prevent the tears from coming out too much. If they don't do that..they can't possibly be boys, could they?? Unless they have soft sides..Anyway, where was I?





Oh yea, so....he cried and my family and I felt soo touched...especially me. It's not like he never cried before, he did. Just in other ways..hehe. So, we left the airport and here we are in KL. My brother began his working career just last month. He went for interviews and finally found a job he liked. So he started working in Singapore and got his first salary last month.





He promised us that he would buy my sister and I what we would like when he got his salary. My sister asked for a handphone...I asked for an ipod. hehe...I love music..=D So, when my father came back from JB(He was keeping my brother company) My dad told us that my brother had actually bought a handphone for one of us...but wasn't sure who. I thought it was Elaine's so i didn't really care much. In the end, it turned out that the phone was actually for me. My brother told me that he knew I wanted an ipod but got me a handphone instead, which was better. Since i didn't own any handphone but loved listening to music, he gave me a two-in-one surprise. As in..a phone with music. Simple as that. XD





I was so surprised and overjoyed at the same time. I didn't expect to get a handphone, but my bro actually bought me one. From that day onwards, I knew he had really changed...completely. He became more friendly and brotherly. I actually felt his brotherly love right from that day we left Kuching international airport. I was soooo happy...for him.





I was soo thankful to God for blessing our family with a caring and loving brother whom I thought was evil. =D I finally realised that it takes time to discover a person's true character, and it's not wise for us to judge someone so quickly. I was wrong to judge my brother like that, and i truly regretted it. NOw, I feel lucky and really blessed with what God has blessed my family with and I really really am thankful to God for showing me something new in my life.. a different side of my brother.





So, I challenge you guys out there to just be patient with your siblings,your friends, or even your parents although they might do some hurtful things to you which you do not like. All you can do is try to be nice to them in every way you can and pray for God's help. IN order to change others, we must also learn to change ourselves first. Help ourselves before we help others.





Be sure to remember God everyday, not only when we are facing difficulties, but also thank Him for what he has given and provided you with.





Well, it's time for me to end this post of mine. I hope you guys learnt something new today. Although you guys don't hear me telling you guys these, maybe it was because I'm shy. ^^ But this one really touched me and since i can't tell you guys about it (still the holidays) might as well blog about it. ^^,
